what if my order arrives broken?

if your order arrives broken please email sweetlikceramics@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. please attach photos of your broken item(s) and we can discuss the option of replacement or refund

what is your return policy? 

i do not offer returns, all sales are final

what if my package gets lost?

i am not responsible for lost packages, please contact the courier if this occurs

how can i care for my piece?

all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe but i recommend hand washing to promote the longevity of your piece. please do not put any pieces in the oven

do you take commissions?

i am open to custom pieces when i can. please inquire at sweetlikceramics@gmail.com

how do you ship your pieces?

when shipping my pieces i try to use recycled materials from friends and my community. this means your piece may arrive in a reused amazon box and the protective materials inside may be reused styrofoam, paper bags, or other recycled materials. please properly recycle, reuse, or dispose of these materials
